Keep in mind that outdoor fire pits are unavailable during a total fire ban
Please be aware of the abundant wildlife that may be present on the property
Please expect limited connectivity due to the rural locality of the tiny house
Mobile reception has good signals for Telstra, Optus and Vodafone (no signal for others)
Wifi is not available
Pet friendly property and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival, please notify prior
Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas; please clean up after your pet
Smoking is allowed in designated areas on the property
Please close the windows and lock doors when leaving the tiny house
Please turn off the lights, air conditioning and electronics when leaving
Gates need to be left as found (open or closed)
Note this is a working farm with tractors & free roaming farm animals (potential noise)
Longer stays or late check outs incur an additional charge
A minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of five nights or more
Firewood is available at an additional cost of $20 for a barrow load
E bikes are available for rent at $50 per day to explore the area
Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted
Weekday vouchers valid for stays Sunday to Thursday nights
