• This experience is a full day in duration
• Available daily from 9am to 5pm

• Recommended for ages five and over
• Children under five enter free of charge
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times
• Tube Slide riders must be at least one metre tall to ride alone; smaller children may ride tandem with an adult in one of the larger tubes
• Tube Slides operate weekends and most public holidays, weather permitting
• Tube Slides do not operate when forecast rainfall exceeds 5mm with a 50% chance of rain, or when temperatures are forecast at 35 degrees or above
• Challenge Hill is closed when wind speeds reach 30km/h or above
• The park is closed on days of catastrophic fire danger
• Campfires are not permitted during fire danger season in line with CFS regulations
• Pets are not permitted; assistance animals welcome

• Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the experience provider and rescheduled.

Wear enclosed footwear and sun smart clothing, bring a hat, sunscreen and water bottle, and pack a change of clothes in case you end up in Coxs Creek.
