We had 6 wines allocated, very generous in volume, and we also had the option to test most of the other wines, we tried 2 others. The cheese and charcuterie board was delicious. This was given to me as a gift but gave me the opportunity for a weekend away in the Hunter Valley. Wasnt persnoalised at all - No one was kind enough to tell us about the winery, they history or the wines that were presented in the tasting 2. Upon arrival, the wines were already served on the table. Warm whites and Rose were already warm. 3. THey were noticeably understaffed, and you could tell how rushed everyone was. 4.
