Your informative wine 101 class is held in the barrel room and hosted by a knowledgable in-house expert. Over 90 minutes you will be taken through the ins and outs of wine tasting, learning about their processes from grape to bottle as you sip on a selection of estate-made wines. You'll even have the chance to play the winemaker as you create your own wine, balancing the sweetness and acidity. Afterwards, relax and unwind over a delicious two course lunch overlooking the vines. Perfect for beginners and wine enthusiasts alike.
