Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of your experience

Guidelines

If prone to sea sickness please organise sea sickness tablets with your pharmacist and take prior to the tour.

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Weather

If the tour is cancelled due to inclement weather you will be offered to reschedule for another date.

Dress Code

Dress for the conditions - a warm jacket is recommended as well as flat enclosed shoes.

Other Info

If no whales are sighted during your tour, you will receive a free return tour to try again. This return tour is offered at no additional cost and can be booked for another day within one year (subject to availability). It’s part of Naturaliste Charters’ commitment to providing a high-quality and rewarding experience for every guest.

Saw many whales, some quite close

Lots of whales, some breaching, some quite close. Boat is very nice and the crew were thoughtful, helpful and knowledgeable about the whales. They also took really great photos that we could download that night

Absolutely incredible experience! We could see whales from about 5 minutes into the tour! There wasn't a dull moment, the whales were providing lots of entertainment. You have full access around the boat and you could see the whales from wherever you are comfortable. The marine biologist on board was very informative and took amazing photos which you get access to for free, so we could just enjoy the experience.

The crew staff were very friendly and informative it was a great experience and the staff made it interactive throughout. We saw two whale species and dolphins. I would highly recommend.

We had a good time on the whale watching tour. We did see a few whales but I was hoping for them to come up to the boat as per the photos on advertising but I am also aware this is up to the whales themselves. Great crew on board and very knowledgeable.

This cruise was expertly run as we tracked a couple of Southern Right whales for some time. Commentary and Q and A from the marine biologist made it extremely informative, and I was impressed by the partnership that this operator has with university marine research

Fantastic experience we had a very informative staff member she knew lots of information about the whales. We were allowed into the wheel house which was a nice treat as I have never been in one before and we saw approximately 10 whales.
