Guidelines

• Once confirmed, you will receive a flight confirmation email from the provider - if you don't receive this to your email, it is your responsibility to follow up prior to your flight date
• Valid for weekday (Monday - Friday) flight bookings

Hot Air Ballooning is an outdoor adventure activity that generally involves some active participation from passengers and as such a minimum level of fitness and well-being is required. Although it is not mandatory to assist with the set up or pack up of the balloons, our team welcome all help. For guests with health or age issues, they can stand back and watch, although during the flight itself they will be required to be fit enough to participate in all aspects of the ‘lighter than air’ adventure. We are happy to fly anyone on any given day, however if any members of your booking party has any health or physical concerns, please advise us prior us to your flight. By noting your agreement and completing this booking, you will notify the provider if members of your booking party has:

• Significant knee problems
• Significant hip problems
• Significant back or neck problems
• Any other existing conditions that would preclude them from following the pilots instructions, including; assuming the semi-sitting landing positions with knees bent when instructed to do so; absorbing a bumpy, firm or tip over landing or any impairment that would prevent them from holding on to the hand holds when the balloon is landing.
• Currently pregnant
• Had surgeries or broken bones within the past 6 months; or are currently under doctors supervision regarding surgery or injury, regardless of when surgery or injury occurred
• The inability to stand for one hour unassisted

Cancellation

• Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
• If your flight is cancelled, you will have 12 months to re-book. Strictly not refundable or exchangeable

Numbers on the Day

The price quoted is for one or two persons, adult or child. There will be a minimum of four and a maximum of 24 people in the basket during your flight.

Weather

In the case of windy, wet miserable weather the flight is cancelled at the pilot's discretion. Flights are usually confirmed the night before.

Dress Code

Casual comfortable clothing (jeans and sneakers). Shoes must be flat & closed-toe - no high heels or open toed shoes permitted. Waterproof is preferable. Bring spare socks.

Bring a hat and your camera as there are fantastic photo opportunities.
