Fall in love with an array of enchanting waterfalls south of Cairns during this full day tour. Glide down natural rockslides, refresh in pristine mountain streams, be amazed by towering rainforest and 15 metre high tree roots and dive into a cool crater lake.
A short drive away from Cairns lies a myriad of majestic waterfalls nestled within pristine rainforests and mountain ranges. The first stop of the tour is Babina Boulders, where crystal-clear waters tumble over massive smooth granite boulders. Next, you'll head to the iconic Josephine Falls, offering a natural rockslide down the cascading waterfall, followed by Millaa Millaa Falls situated in the heart of the Wet Tropics World Heritage-listed rainforest. After lunch. You'll make your way to the Curtain Fig Tree, home to magnificent 15 metre high roots and the elusive Lumholtz Tree Kangaroo. Wander off to a quiet creek to search for platypus in the wild, then stop off at Lake Eacham to swim in a cool crater lake filled with turtles.
