Excellent Customer Service

Joice W 20 September 2026

We were contacted by the company a few days before the experience to advise that the plane was unavailable, and were immediately offered a free upgrade to the helicopter flight instead. The customer service experience was seamless and the helicopter flight itself was fantastic, with a beautiful view of Uluru, Kata Tjuta, and the town of Yulara. Highly recommend this experience and company.

Tim, our pilot was excellent - very reassured & thorough, the commentary was on point with his flying pattern really considered with all sides getting amazing views and enough time and flybys to get a really good look and photo opportunities.
