On this 60-minute adventure you'll learn all about the mysterious truffle – the diamond of the kitchen – with advice on growing and cooking with truffle. Watch the talent truffle dogs in action as they snuffle thru the paddock, mark a spot and look expectantly for a reward – then you will have the opportunity to dig up some black gold for yourself! After scouring the countryside, unwind with a glass of champagne and tasting platter showcasing some of the region's finest artisanal foods. This experience will go ahead rain or shine. The provider has umbrellas for you if the heavens open up.
It can get cold in the truffiere so ensure you rug up and dress comfortably. Consider bringing a change of footwear as your shoes will likely get damp.
Truffle will be available for purchase on the day.
