During this trial instructional flight you will experience the thrill of flying a Robinson helicopter yourself! After a briefing you take the controls and learn the basics of helicopter flying with an instructor at your side. Learn to fly over the scenic hills and the Indian Ocean near Perth.
Your helicopter trial instructional flight includes a pre-flight briefing and a 30 minute flying lesson in a Robinson helicopter with dual controls. Once you are in the air your instructor will allow you to take over the controls and fly the helicopter yourself! Feel the glory and excitement as you pilot the helicopter over the picturesque Jandakot region in the beautiful Western Australian sky. After your lesson you will receive a certificate. It is an exhilarating experience and one you won't forget in a hurry!
We are open seven days a week from 8am - 4pm. Bookings are essential and are subject to availability. Please allow approximately 60 minutes for this experience. This includes 35 minutes in the helicopter.
Maximum passenger weight and height for the Robinson 22 is 95kg and 190cm (those over this limit can pilot the larger R44 Helicopter at extra cost).
Once your experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to their policy. • Any name or date changes are permitted up until 48 hours prior to your scheduled flight. Noting any name / person changes must comply with guidelines listed above • Once your flight has been confirmed, changes or cancellations within 48 hours are not accepted • Fees may apply

Itinerary and precise duration of flight may vary at the pilot's discretion due to weather, Air Traffic Control or safety considerations on the day.
Loose comfortable clothing should be worn, as it can get quite warm in the cockpit and sturdy shoes. Sunglasses are a must as the glare off clouds can be quite severe. A cap is also a good idea. Sunscreen is recommended.
