Be transported to the heart of Brazilian cuisine in this hands-in cooking class. Learn the secrets to cooking traditional BBQ dishes as you get involved in preparing a multi-course feast - from spiced churrasco chicken skewers and rump cap to grilled pineapple with cinnamon and sugar. The class kicks off with a taste of Brazil's national cocktail, the caipirinha, before you pop on an apron to learn a variety of new recipes and cooking techniques. On Arrival

  • Brazilian spiced churrasco chicken skewers

Main Course

  • Peixe na Folha de Bananeira - baked fish in banana leaf
  • Picanha - Churrasco rump cap with malagueta chilli sauce


  • Tomato Salsa / farofa / rice / cheese bread


  • Brazilian churrascaria style grilled pineapple, cinnamon and sugar

Session Length

This experience is three hours in duration.

Once this experience has been confirmed changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy:


  • Over 72 prior to the experience date: No charge
  • 72 hours until the experience date: $50 per participant fee to be charged to change the date. This will be the fee for fresh produce, already assigned to you
  • No shows and late arrivals: Participants forfeit their experience and therefore are not entitled to a refund or to re-book

Classes usually have between 15 and 25 participants.

Dress Code

Participants are required to wear covered footwear.
