Learn the secrets to cooking traditional BBQ dishes as you get involved in preparing a multi-course feast - from spiced churrasco chicken skewers and rump cap to grilled pineapple with cinnamon and sugar. The class kicks off with a taste of Brazil's national cocktail, the caipirinha, before you pop on an apron to learn a variety of new recipes and cooking techniques.
