Learning to make dumplings is a true culinary escapade and it starts with using the freshest quality food and ingredients locally sourced from the Victoria Street Shops. Over the class, you will take inspiration from Japanese, Chinese and Vietnamese cultures and learn the tips and tricks behind making the perfect dough and moulding and shaping your dumpling. End your class together with a glass of sparkling wine and enjoy your culinary efforts. You'll leave feeling inspired to compose your very own gourmet Asian dumpling menu for any future event.

We honour the purchase price of our experiences for 18 months. If you book your experience after this time and the price of the experience increases you can either pay the difference or exchange it for another experience free of charge.
