The room was nice but we were woken multiple times throughout the night by the constant humming sound. The staff were very professional but not particularly friendly. We had the suite set breakfast. It felt grossly overpriced for juice from a bottle and tiny little serves. The coffee was spilt on the saucer before it was put in front of me. And I wasn't expecting the porridge to be cold? I would much rather pay the same price for fresh and filling meals from one of Melbourne's many amazing cafes. Would probably stay somewhere else next time. Rooms have frosted windows which is annoying as can’t get outside view! Hotel is in a great location. Much better hotels out there. Was given a voucher for overnight stay as a gift.
