Discover the rich, aromatic and spicy flavours of traditional Thai cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. Learn a variety of cooking methods from both the north and south of Thailand as you create a tantalising multi-course meal, served with matched wines.

In this class, you’ll learn to prepare a mouth-watering multi-course meal using seasonal ingredients. Recipes covered on the day may include delights such as Chiang Mai pork curry, chicken glass noodle salad, geng jeut of fish and prawn, or saffron pears with cardamom rice pudding. Concluding with a leisurely lunch matched with local wines, cooking has never been so appealing! Come on your own or with friends or colleagues.

Thai Cooking Class at Maleny was excellent

Received this cooking class as a gift and was absolutely thrilled with it. Even though I was the only person who did the on my own (everyone else worked as couples), I was welcomed and the chef made me feel comfortable. The menu was excellent and all cooking and preparation was hands on. Will definitely be joining this team for other classes.
