In this class, you’ll learn to prepare a mouth-watering multi-course meal using seasonal ingredients. Recipes covered on the day may include delights such as Chiang Mai pork curry, chicken glass noodle salad, geng jeut of fish and prawn, or saffron pears with cardamom rice pudding. Concluding with a leisurely lunch matched with local wines, cooking has never been so appealing! Come on your own or with friends or colleagues.
