Feel all the thrills and sensations of falling from the sky during a tandem skydive over Goolwa! At 9,000ft, you will leap out of the aeroplane and experience exhilarating freefall for 25 seconds, before the parachute is deployed and you float gently down to Goolwa Airport.

Feel the absolute freedom of falling from the sky during a tandem skydive over Adelaide's most stunning coastline. On arrival, you will be welcomed by the crew and run through a safety briefing, before getting kitted out with some top of the range equipment and boarding the plane. Heading up to the 9,000ft exit height, you will calm your nerves by looking below at uninterrupted views of the coastal paradise below you. Then, the doors will open and together with your instructor, you will take the ultimate leap of faith out of the aeroplane. Feel the adrenaline pump through your body as you freefall for 25 seconds at 220km/h, before the parachute is deployed. You'll have a few minutes to soak up the uninterrupted views of the stunning south coast, including Goolwa, Middleton and Horseshoe Bay before landing back at Goolwa Airport in front of your friends and family.

Session Length

Typical Experience time is around 90 minutes ,however please allow at least four hours for this experience. We strongly recommend not having any time restraints

The minimum age is 16 years
The maximum participant weight for this experience is 110kg.
The following weight surcharges apply to participants weighing between 90kg and 110kg. These surcharges are payable directly at the time of the experience:
90kg to 95kg: $35 / 95kg to 100kg: $55 / 100kg+: $80
APF membership not included (+$31.50)
Goolwa Airport Levy to be paid on the day (+$45)

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Spectators

Friends and family can watch you land at Goolwa Airport.

Weather

Skydiving is weather dependant. In the case of adverse weather, skydives are rescheduled to another date of your convenience. You will be updated via text message regarding weather conditions.

Dress Code

Wear comfortable clothes, bring layers. Wear lace up shoes that do up tight, no heels, boots, steel caps or thongs. Avoid collars as they can be uncomfortable during freefall. Prescription glasses are fine, so long as the frames are not unusually large.

My first Tandem Sky Dive

Booking was easy with Red Balloon and the SA Skydiving crew were magnificent! Communication prior to my jump was excellent. The instructors were fantastic, calming and specific with instructions. This was my first jump and it won’t be the last! I’m hooked!!!!

I highly recommend SA Skydiving, they had the best customer service from getting the pre skydive requirements and information to preparing for the jump. An amazing experience and can see how people become addicted.

Red balloon failed to send our booking details across, caused huge anxiety, we were lucky sa Sky Diving accommodated us, much later in the afternoon as they were booked out. The price was another $90 which wasn't included in the information, book direct...

They work with you to make sure everything is how you want and for you to have the best experience. A special shout-out to Matt Teags, he was my instructor and was very attentive and super friendly.
