Travel off the beaten track and unearth a hidden gem amongst the Gold Coast hinterland, home to world-heritage rainforests. Embark on an adventure to Tamborine Rainforest and Springbrook National Park to visit two beautiful waterfalls set in a natural sub-tropical rainforest. Take your time as you walk through the filtered light of the Springbrook National Park rainforest walk surrounded by the towering rainforest trees with their tangle of vines, and moss-covered trees and enjoy that rich earthy smell of the forest. Embrace the fresh mountain air and the opportunity to spot forest wildlife including the shy pademelons (rainforest wallabies), brush turkeys, goanna and water dragons. Sit back as you take a scenic drive through the towering escarpments of Numinbah Valley overlooking the quaint farms and villages of the valley.
A visit to Springbrook National Park would not be complete without a stop at the one-of-a-kind Natural Bridge, a thunderous waterfall plunging into a dark glow worm cave below. Arriving at Mount Tamborine, be impressed by the melting pot of culture and art that can be found in the Gallery Walk district. Pick up a souvenir or two for family or friends before taking a break and perhaps treating yourself to a delicious lunch at a local boutique vineyard. In the afternoon, enjoy a fascinating guided tour of the award-winning Glow Worm caves at Cedar Creek. Finish your day with a rainforest walk to Curtis Falls, a wonderful way to complete a full day spent exploring world heritage rainforests and charming mountain villages.

This tour is not weather dependent and will operate as usual in wet weather though local roads can flood and the tour will be cancelled if this is known prior to departure.
Casual clothing recommended. Enclosed shoes will make it more comfortable as tracks may be muddy.
