Dip into the aquatic territory of one of the most ferocious creatures of the deep at Wildlife Habitat's CrocArena. Witness giant crocs from the perspective of their prey as you float in the underwater viewing space, marvelling at these apex predators' bone-crushing jaws and sheer size.

Your spine-tingling adventure takes place in a world-class 180-degree clear underwater viewing tank at a depth of 2.3 metres, separating you and these prehistoric creatures by just a glass wall. After a safety briefing, you'll dive into their aquatic territory and feel shivers race through your entire body as you swim eye-to-teeth with these terrifying predators. Up close, you'll be in awe of their sheer size, strength and natural predatory behaviours as a keeper tempts their tastebuds from above. With an average size of just over 4.5 metres and weighing in at around 350-400 kilograms each, these crocs are beasts. After your crocodile encounter, feel free to meet all the other animals of Wildlife Habitat.

Important information

  • Time in the water is approximately 10 minutes, although may vary with each swim
  • Available at 10am, 10:45am, 11:30am, 12:45pm, 1:30pm
  • Please be at reception prior to your swim time for check-in
  • Minimum age is 8 years. Persons between 12-17 years must be accompanied by an adult or person over 18 years of age
  • A fitness and safety waiver will be required to be signed prior to undertaking the experience
  • Participants will not be permitted to take their own photographic device on the experience

  • Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Maximum of two participants per session.

Comfortable and easy wear shoes, hat, towel and sunscreen. It is recommended to wear swimmers under your clothes before you arrive for the day to maximise your swim time.
