Drop into Passel Estate in the Margaret River wine region and start your evening with a relaxing, wine tasting of estate wines paired with a platter of local, artisan cheeses. Start with a private after hours tasting of each of our award-winning, single vineyard wines and rare Lot 71 Reserve wines. Learn about our wildlife conservation and bushland sanctuary, and discover the provenance of our Margaret River wines.

Your sunset wine tasting experience includes a $20 voucher which may be used towards a bottle of your choice to purchase on the evening. As dusk falls, head home with complimentary chocolate encased bonbons that have been handcrafted to perfection and will go down well with your chosen wine purchase.

Sunset serenity

Passel Winery is beautiful at any time but it was special to taste their wines and watch the changing colours of the surrounding forest, dam and vineyard in the late afternoon. Excellent guidance from Zoe as we tasted each of this small winery’s collection. A great experience and top Christmas gift.

Not for the new wine drinkers

The experience could be more guided, and it would be helpful if the advertisement clearly stated that the wine selection includes only red and white varieties—all of which are dry. This may be obvious to those who drink wine regularly, but for those who don’t, it’s not. If you’re after a stunning location and enjoy dry reds and whites, this place is for you. However, if you’re seeking sweet wines, this may not be the right fit. Chocolate & Wine pairing Bought a red balloon voucher: $50pp

Wine and choclate paring, what an experience

We had the most amazing experience. Wine and chocolate pairing was not something I had heard of, so booked this for something different. The experience itself was fantastic, and the tastes were amazing. However, the highlight was the small boutique Passel Estate winery. It was a beautiful place, and the staff were absolutely lovely. I highly recommend visiting this place.

The Wine and Chocolate pairing experience at Passel Estate was fantastic! Our host was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The wine was delicious and it really was amazing how the chocolate complimented the wine and, together, they bought out extra flavours in each other!
