Enjoy a three hour hands on Italian cooking class with expert chef Stefano Marvello, where you'll discover the secrets to creating authentic gnocchi and arancini from scratch. In this intimate class, learn valuable tips and techniques for preparing perfectly crafted dishes and delicious accompanying sauces, using fresh ingredients sourced from Stefano's garden or local producers.

Throughout the experience, you'll develop your cooking skills under expert guidance while enjoying some local wine and taking in picturesque views of the surrounding region. Once the cooking is complete, sit down with the group and savour the dishes you've prepared together in a relaxed dining setting.

You'll also receive all the recipes from your day of cooking, allowing you to recreate your favourite dishes at home and share them with friends and family. To continue your culinary journey, you'll receive free membership to Stefano Marvello's La Famiglia club, providing access to additional recipes and demonstration videos.

Intimate group of 11 people in a beautiful setting. Stefano was very instructive, attentive and has a great sense of humour. We all warmed up in no time and got down to the business of cooking and eating great, authentic Italian food. Stef is obviously passionate about sharing his great knowledge and kept our group engaged from beginning to end. Can't wait for the next experience
