• Boarding commences at 10.15am and closes at 10.25 am sharp
• 10.30am departure, operating Thursday and Sunday only

• A fully licensed bar/café is available onboard for card or cash purchases; strictly no external food or alcohol can be brought onto the vessel
• River boat boarding involves a standard marine ramp; please contact the experience provider prior to booking if you have specific mobility or wheelchair requirements to ensure safe access
• A valid mobile phone number and email must be provided at checkout; this ensures the skipper can broadcast immediate bad weather or itinerary updates directly to you
• For session cancellations due to unsafe marine conditions on the Swan River, mechanical issues, or unforeseen safety factors, passengers will be offered a priority reschedule date or a full refund
• Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
• Infants must be accounted for on the manifest due to capacity laws
• Intoxicated passengers will be refused boarding at the jetty with no refund provided, in accordance with WA liquor licensing laws
• Boarding commences at 10.15 am and closes at 10.25am sharp; late arrivals cannot be accommodated, re booked or refunded
• Passengers booking concession fares must present a valid Australian Senior or Concession Card at boarding
