Enjoy a spectacular scenic flight, three course meal whilst taking in the stunning views. All of the above restaurants offer exquisite meals complemented by a wide selection of excellent local wines from which to choose. They all focus on quality, creating intensely sophisticated yet simple flavours incorporating the rich local and seasonal produce. Include with this a spectacular helicopter scenic flight over the Hunter Valley Wine Country and a truly relaxing atmosphere when you know you don't have to rush or wait for you helicopter to pick you up.
