Taking off from the d’Arenberg Heli Pad, you’ll soar above the rolling vineyards, dramatic coastline and patchwork countryside for an unforgettable start to a premium experience designed to delight and impress.

Touch down at the iconic d’Arenberg Cube and step into a world of creativity and flavour. Wander through the mind-bending Alternate Realities Museum, where Salvador Dalí’s bronze sculptures and original artworks are showcased in a rare and remarkable exhibition on loan from the Dalí Universe in Switzerland. Then settle in for an indulgent 8-course degustation at d’Arry’s Verandah Restaurant, with sweeping views of the vineyards. Each dish is expertly paired with d’Arenberg wines, designed to complement and elevate the dining experience. Amuse bouche:

• Australian lobster medallion with Shark Bay blue swimmer crab

Sorbet:

• Quince and elderflower sorbet with a splash of The Olive Grove Chardonnay

Beef Fillet:

• S.E. Australian beef fillet and potato, jamon and cornichon croquet with garlic spinach and green peppercorn sauce

Lanyap:

• Rose water poached quince with pistachio croquant and white chocolate saffron cream
