It was amazing and we saw seals and dolphins in addition to beautiful bays. The commentary provided was also very intersting and informative. The crew were friendly, helpful and safety conscious.

Especial thanks to the tour guides Dez and Oli who were cracking the jokes all the way from start to finish! However, the booking experience with Redballoon didn't go that smoothly. Luckily I checked the tickets that were emailed to me! For some reason, I received one wrong ticket that didn't have the thrill ride on it. I called Rottnest express and was informed that the ticket I booked was cancelled without even noticing me. So basically I would have had only one active ticket on the day haven't I checked it prior! The customer service Lady from Rottnest express fixed the issue but the new ticket didn't come through to my email. I had to contact once again to receive the ticket.
