Sweep your loved one off their feet with this romantic pop-up picnic in the CBD location of your choice (depending on our availability). Take a leisurely stroll through the park and arrive at your very own private picnic set up that includes a low set table, an array of picnic rugs, assorted cushions, a fresh floral centerpiece, and a table setting for each guest, as well as candles and lanterns for evening bookings. Sit back, relax and savour a delicious gourmet grazing spread that features a cheddar cheese, dip, crackers, salami, strawberries, olives, and chocolate. With cleaning and pack down included, you can forget about all of the fuss and simply enjoy one another's company. Perfect for date nights, anniversaries, birthday celebrations, or no reason at all!

Struggling to find the perfect spot? Don't stress, your event coordinator has plenty of beautiful location options around Brisbane that they can recommend. They can also set it up in your own backyard if desired. Please note, there may be an additional travel fee if your location exceeds a 5km radius of the CBD. Please note we do not set up at kangaroo point, Southbank, botanical gardens over weekends.

In the lead up to your picnic, your event coordinator will be monitoring the weather very closely. If it looks to be bad weather for your picnic date, they will be in contact one-two days prior to discuss other options.

Please note that your booking request is dependant on what times and locations are available on the day. This is a booking/date request, not a confirmation. Please note we do not set up at Kangaroo Point Cliffs for picnics over Saturday and Sundays (only Monday - friday) and we unfortunately do not set up at the botanical gardens/southbank at any time.

The picnic was lovely and great communication from the organiser both on the day and beforehand. Only thing is I think it's a little bit pricey, but a great way to treat your partner and have a relaxing time.

My fiancé earnt himself some major brownie points when he surprised me with this private picnic by the river. Such a beautiful way to watch the sunset and enjoy each others company on our romantic weekend getaway. Would definitely do it again!

My partner and I decided to do something different for the year and booked a breakfast riverside picnic with The Picnic Co! The alarm was tough but the view was totally worth it. If you haven’t done it already it’s a must, No better way to start the day!

We arranged this picnic whilst visiting Brisbane over the weekend and wow! What a way to see the city. The sunset, location, picnic set up was incredible!
