★★★★★ ★★★★★ 'So so' experience Lucy 11 February 2017 Staff were most accommodating to move my appointment time by half hour (and still retain a 60 min treatment) however on arrival there was little welcome, no forms to fill out, no discussion about my skin, nor the relaxing ambience of what you would expect. Instead, gossiping staff at the front desk drowned out the soft music. The facial itself was unfortunately nothing special - the only question the therapist asked me was what products had I been using. I still have no idea what she applied to my skin or why. Furthermore there was no 'tailoring to individuals skin' as the write-up suggests, not even a discussion at the end of the treatment. I actually visited this day spa numerous times, many years ago and have always spoken highly of it. My previous experience is what inspired me to use my voucher here. It's a real shame it no longer holds up to standard it once set, and I was left wondering if this had anything to do with me paying with a voucher rather than cash.
