Get out on the water and soak in uninterrupted views of Surfers Paradise during a private stand up paddle board lesson. Located within walking distance from Cavil Mall, the lesson begins in the shallows of Budds Beach where you will learn the correct paddle technique and stance. Once you're feeling confident and competent, you will enter the deeper waters of the Nerang River with your instructor to admire the panoramic views of the Gold Coast skyline. Here you will practice intermediate stances and turns as you glide past mangroves, high rises, waterfront mansions and parks. Your fully accredited instructor will be with you every step of the way and will cater the lesson to suit your ability.

This is a private lesson and can cater for up to six people if desired.
Spectators can sit in the park or on the beach to watch the lesson but once the group is on the water it will be a restricted view. Ammenities at the beach include change room, toilets, outdoor shower, BBQ, shaded area, seating, a playground and a cafe. Free on the street parking available.
This experience runs in most conditions - rain is not a problem. If adverse weather conditions are present then the provider will reschedule for a later time on same day or another day. This is at the duty manager's discretion.
Wear what you feel comfortable in - swimmers, boardies, gym wear or sun protective clothing (if required). Bring a towel, a change of clothes and a hat.
