Step into a world of charm and adventure during this short but sweet tall ship cruise. Departing from Port Adelaide, you will set sail on the iconic STV One and All, South Australia's own handcrafted tall ship, down the beautiful Port River. During the cruise, you'll sample the experience of thousands of sailors throughout history, without the hard yards of ocean fare. Assist in setting some of the sails with the crew, helm at the wheel with the captain, or simply sit back, relax and take in the fantastic atmosphere. Make sure to keep an eye out for playful dolphins and other marine life who frequent these waters along the way.

Available at 10am or 1:30pm
Please arrive 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time

Guidelines

The minimum age is 6 years. All children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult
Please advise of any medical conditions or food allergies at the time of booking
No alcohol can be brought or consumed on the ship
Smoking/e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited on board

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Numbers on the Day

This experience runs with a maximum of 45 participants.

Weather

Sail events are open and outdoor, so you will experience the conditions of the day. There is some covered area in the ship's saloon.

Dress Code

Dress for the weather on the day, and for ease of movement around the ship. Please wear sensible footwear, preferably flat-soled closed shoes, a windproof jacket and hat. Stilettos and sharp-heeled shoes are strictly prohibited.

The ‘crew’ are all wonderful and very welcoming. A great insight into the workings of an ‘old style’ sailing ship of this size & the skills involved in sailing one. I love how the ship is being used to support youth in developing confidence and learning new skills too.

Was a little disappointing as we didnt travel that far up the port river (only about 2 kms) then turned around and went back. thought we were at least going out to outer harbour.

On a fantastic, warm and clear Adelaide morning we boarded the One and All and the staff and crew were nothing but helpful, polite and enthusiastic. The trip up and down the river was enhanced by the crew actually setting sails due to the great conditions. A fantastic experience from start to finish, I would recommend it even if it were cold and blowing a gale!

A marvellous 2hour cruise. The morning tea of scones were delicious. The young crew were eager to talk about their experience on board. Being on board was a highlight as i saw the replacement belaying pins as I made all of the original ones. A well run ship by all
