Your chefs will provide you with tips and tricks on techniques like kneading, knocking back, proving, brining, marinating and baking. Enjoy all the dishes you create as you sit down and indulge in this gourmet pizza feast. Finish off with delectable Red Wine Poached Pears for dessert.
