Pilu at Freshwater has become a Sydney institution; brainchild of Giovanni Pilu and his wife and business partner; Marilyn, the restaurant is an ode to his Sardinian heritage and Italian cuisine in general. Giovanni and his talented team are dedicated to serving up contemporary food with a stylish confidence.
