Great Experience, fantastic value!

Garry 10 August 2019

Despite a bitterly cold night with strong winds, I thoroughly enjoyed this experience and the three hours passed way too quickly. All thanks to Ben who was a very patient and attentive tutor, happy to share his obvious vast experience. And, with the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House lit up on a clear night, what more could you ask for! Great value and highly recommended.

Really great insight into shooting at night. We learnt a lot about how to get the best out of our cameras and do some really good shots. Good teacher & now I know some hidden spots in Sydney to take some great pictures!

Fantastic Introduction to Night-time Photography

Bella 13 June 2017

The course began with a quick gloss over the main photographic controls and settings which we then learnt how to use to manipulate shots. We were encouraged to be creative and learnt how to take abstract shots as well as standard ones. The 3 hours was enough time to comfortably walk around the harbour and practice taking our own shots using the techniques learnt. The instructor was very friendly and informative. It was a very educational and enjoyable night.

Practical and informative

Jane 2 March 2017

The rain broke long enough for the session to run. It was interesting and practical. Covered the fundamental concepts for night photography, using traditional and more abstract methods.

Night photography course was fun & informative

David 12 February 2017

I had a great time on Friday night learning a number of new settings and techniques on my camera which opened my eyes to new night time possibilities for photography. It was not all technical as Ben demonstrated how to create some “trick ” shots with the aid of torches and a hand held flash. I would recommend that anyone interested in night photography consider doing this course as it is both fun and informative. (The photos attached to this review were taken on my phone - Samsung S5 - so are not near as good as those taken during this photography course on my SLR )

The Photography night course met all expectations

Ross 10 February 2017
