★★★★★ ★★★★★ Recommended A well overdue Staycation Graham 21 May 2025 We were gifted a Red Balloon voucher some time ago, and forgot about it for over a year. When we finally got around to trying to redeem it, the selected hotel package had disappeared. The Red Balloon Team were very helpful in helping to allocate this against another offer. We settled on a Staycation in Fremantle and had never stayed at the Esplanade Fremantle either. Right from the 1st booking contact, the reservation team were very helpful and accommodating. The room itself was wonderfully big, as was the bed and in-room spa. A fully stocked mini bar at realistic prices was a welcome surprise. The included breakfast was plentiful with great variety. The whole package allowed us to explore Fremantle properly over 2 days, without the hassle of driving. Arrived with warm bottle of bubbles in a bucket of water Bathroom shower seemed to have mould or quiet a bit of something along the bottom Door into the room didn’t lock. The room doesn't have much view but was spacious and very clean. Have everything you need for a night away. Breakfast was delicious wish they have more hot food options. Overall had a great time.
