Indulge in a 2 course fine dining lunch at Charcoal Lane; a restaurant that serves up modern Australian food built on bush tucker flavours. The restaurant provides hospitality education and training to mostly Aboriginal apprentices and employees. Try their popular char-grilled kangaroo sirloin and then it's off to the Melbourne Museum to see the First People's exhibition. Take home a goodie bag with samples of Wattleseed, Lemon Myrtle, Kakadu Plum, Desert Lime, Saltbush and Pepperleaf.
