Restrictions

The Edge cannot be booked for a time slot, all guests are set up with an electronic pager upon arrival

Guidelines

  • The Edge is designed to be a thrill experience, and our visitors can have mixed reaction
  • It is not recommended that you experience The Edge if you are pregnant but it is your decision
  • Participants must book a date via the Red Balloon website prior to arriving at Melbourne Skydeck
  • Arrive anytime on your booking date, from 12pm to 9:30pm during daylight savings and 12pm to 8:30pm during non daylight savings time.
  • Please bring your RedBalloon confirmation email with you on the day of your experience. If you have not redeemed your voucher prior to visiting you will not be permitted to enter the Skydeck.

Cancellation

  • Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
