Make mulled wine just like they did in ancient Mesopotamia with this masterclass hosted by the friendly small bar at the heart of Perth's cultural centre, Lot 20. A brilliant team-building activity and a surefire hit for birthdays and parties, this fully interactive experience offers you a range of ingredients to choose from so that you may personalise your recipe to your liking. You and your group will also be instructed on cooking times and methods in order to help you produce the best product you can with your chosen recipe. Mulled Wine or Glühwein is defined as wine that is heated, sweetened, spiced and drunk warm, and while you may want to do just that, consuming your elixir as soon as it is ready, you also have the option to take it home with you, ready to be reheated another day, or have it become part of a feuerzangenbowle a traditional German alcoholic drink prepared by setting a rum-soaked sugarloaf on fire and allowing it to drip into mulled wine) at the end of the night.
