Session Length

The experience allows you to visit the park for one day
Open daily from 9am to 5pm except for ANZAC Day April 25th (1.30pm to 5pm)

Guidelines

Please print your voucher (e vouchers acceptable) & present on the day of entry
Day passes are valid for booking dates only
Day passes are non refundable, refunds will be at the discretion of Sanctuary Management
Day passes include entry to the sanctuary & attendance at complimentary shows & activities
Footwear and appropriate clothing must be worn at all times
Lone Pine reserves the right to refuse entry and eject persons from the sanctuary
Lone Pine Management has the authority to close the sanctuary or any part thereof
Lone Pine will try their best to advise visitors of changes to shows or exhibits prior to entry
Visitors must obey all notices, signs and directions given by staff
If purchasing a senior ticket, present your seniors' card or ID (showing their DOB) on arrival
Students classify as any guests aged between 14 to 17 years old or with a valid student ID

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Lone Pine Koala park was amazing

We live in Brisbane and have never visited before getting a RedBalloon voucher. We found out to be the best Koala park we have ever been to. We spent the whole day there and loved not only the koalas but wombats, Tasdie Devils and free range kangaroos. Well worth a visit
