If you want a fun way to get fit, this private hula hoop lesson is for you! Your class starts with an introduction to hula hooping from your highly experienced instructor, before you get acquainted with your very own hoop and start moving.
You will learn on-body and off-body hula hoop moves including waist and arm hooping, saves, weaves, isolations and begin to coil up and down your body without using your hands. Couldn't hula hoop as a kid? Don't worry, the lesson is suitable for absolute beginners. By the end of the class you will be surprised at what you were able to achieve!
