Spend most of your time looking up during this fascinating guided walk through Launceston city and seaport. Over the course of the three hours, you will learn how the city has played an essential role in shaping Australia, and with the use of curated visual aids and your friendly guide, you will be transported back into a bygone era. Beginning the tour at the Stillwater Restaurant, stroll across the seaport right into the heart of the city, where history is best revealed above street level. As you walk the streets, marvel at the perfectly preserved 20th century architecture and hear how the city has evolved. Head back to the award-winning Stillwater Restaurant and tuck into a sumptuous two course meal with your newfound friends.
The tour is almost 5km in length along flat level ground (mostly footpaths). Participants should have a reasonable level of fitness.

This experience takes place around the Launceston Seaport and CBD. The walking tour is a loop and departs and returns to the same location.
