Guidelines

• For passengers from 8 to 80 years old!
• All participants must be able to understand English and have no hearing impairments that impair their hearing
• Maximum height is 6'4

Cancellation

Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to their policy.

• Any changes made to your booking date or time after you have received confirmation will incur a $50.00 rescheduling fee, payable per participant
• Less than 48 hours a fee of 50% is payable per participant, and a not turning up on the day will mean you forfeit your booking. No cash will be exchanged on the drive day. This is not applicable to sessions rescheduled by the supplier
• Parts and maintenance may be required at short notice due to the high performance of all vehicles. The supplier reserve the right to cancel your session should this happen. The supplier will endeavour to reschedule your session as soon as possible if this occurs

Numbers on the Day

You will be in the car with your driver only.

Weather

This experience usually operate regardless of weather conditions. However in cases of severe inclement weather conditions, the supplier reserve the right to cancel any session. The supplier will endeavor to reschedule your session as soon as possible if this occurs.

Dress Code

Tops and footwear must be worn at all times. Thongs and singlets are not permissible for participants. Tops with sleeves (T-shirt, Polo shirt etc) and closed in footwear (runners, trainers, sand shoes etc) must be worn. You will not be permitted to participate without the correct clothing and will risk forfeiting your booking.

Other Info

All participants are required to sign a contract. Spectators are also required to sign an indemnity form.

This experience takes place at Rochford Wines, Yarra Valley, VIC, approximately 1 hour's drive from Melbourne CBD.
