★★★★★ ★★★★★ Cheery, safe and knowledgeable hosts Xavier 27 January 2020 The Roaring 40s kayaking tour on the Derwent River were highly enjoyable for my 9 year old son and I. We are locals and this gave us a new perspective on the place we call home. Our guides were very personable, responsive, organised and professional. They built a group cohesiveness and understanding quickly. I can only suggest that the traditional owners of the lands and waters be acknowledged at the start. We did the tour on 26th January, but it is important nonetheless. Thank you Roaring 40s on a Beautiful experience. We will recommend to locals and visitors alike, Xavier and Conor
★★★★★ ★★★★★ Amazing experience Sarah 8 April 2019 Best experience to date in Tasmania. Well worth every cent and great tour guide. No experience necessary and best views. Definitely something I will be doing again.
★★★★★ ★★★★★ Kayaking was awesome! Jason 6 February 2017 It was awesome. My 7 yo loved it( I paddled most of it while he took photos) Dan our guide showed us technique which made it easier. His knowledge of the area was great. And the fish and chips were good too.
★★★★★ ★★★★★ Brilliant way to see Hobart David 11 January 2016 The kayak trip around Hobart really worked for us because it gives you a different perspective on the harbour. Although you don't need any experience for the trip, it does give you a feeling that you are doing something more adventurous than normal. Great fish and chips as well and friendly guides.
