Bay and Bush is a place where nature and well-being come together naturally. The Nest wellness program offers daily activities such as yoga, meditation, pilates, sound healing, and other restorative practices, guided in a serene setting that encourages presence and inner calm. Between sessions, guests are invited to rest, walk among the trees, or simply enjoy the stillness of the retreat.

We honour the purchase price of our experiences for 18 months. If you book your experience after this time and the price of the experience increases you can either pay the difference or exchange it for another experience free of charge.
