Parts of the attraction take place in the dark and is not recommended for people that suffer claustrophobia or have a fear of the dark
Mobile devices, sunglasses, bags and other loose items may not be taken into Infinity. Lockers are available to stow belongings
If special effects lighting, sound, dark confined spaces or illusions of height and depth cause you concern, please make further enquiries before entry
Photography, video or sound recording is prohibited

Cancellation

Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Family fun at Infinity!!

I took my 3 young (6, 4 and 2) kids to Infinity. It was great! There were a couple of rooms that were a tad scary but we moved through them quickly and the kids coped fine. Oldest LOVED it and wanted to go again! Definately worth the very reasonable entry fee.

Life changing experience with the fun being infinite! Lost in countless mazes it opened my mind to new things. It made me walk out very happy and motivated to live life to the fullest! I will definitely go back many more times it made me cry I was so happy with this experience.

Infinity was great fun for our family. (2 adults and 3 kids - 5, 10, 13yo). We did have to carry our 5yo through some of the rooms but loved it all the same! Wish there were more rooms and the experience lasted longer. The ball room was the best fun from it all. We loved the idea of getting a photo taken. Unfortunately, we didn't like the photo (own fault, bad timing) and they only offer the one. I wish they would take more then one photo, or offer a photo/video package, that would be hilarious to buy!

Amazing school holidays with kids

Woke up Saturday morning with nothing planned for the kids, jumped on red balloon and saw the infinity vouchers and thought yes what a great idea, we shall take the kids, it was so easy to buy the vouchers and to redeem them, fast booking confirmation and excellent customer service.

Was mostly a dark confusion. My 9yr old saw a small boy smash I to a glass and we think break his nose. We pressed the emerge6exut button and atill had to navigate our way out.
