Instead I received a 1/2 hr back massage - and my facial was rubbing 5 creams on my face. They are not equipped to do any scrubs and said they would provide me with a 5 minute scalp massage. I was in and out in an hour. I tried to explain to the lady that I was booked in for 2.5hrs and she said they don't do anything like that. After speaking with the store manager they said she was new to the system and that it was true they can't do scrubs and they shouldn't be advertising it. Do not book here you will be disappointed. ★★★★★ ★★★★★ Didnt get what was paid for and poor service Paula 18 April 2021 2.5 hour indulgence experience was booked and paid for and a 1 hour part back massage and facial was provided with a therapist whom I could not communicate with and she squeezed my nose so hard I now have broken blood vessels and permanent red marks on my nose.. When I pointed out to reception that only a one hour experience was received she was patronising and candidly rude. The owner did ring me after I had left and said they were wrong and I could book another hour treatment. But I would never go back there even though I am owed an hour and a half, it was an awful experience.
