Sports massage is tailored specifically for sporting injuries or ailments. It is designed to prevent and relieve injuries associated with exercise. It not only benefits professional sports people but anyone who does medium to mild exercise such as regular walking, or swimming and can be carried out before, during or after playing sport.
A sports massage can often be quite vigorous and strenuous and can relieve and reduce the stress and tension that build up within the body’s soft tissues while exercising. It uses techniques that are not only designed to increase endurance and performance, but to minimise the chances of injury and reduce the recovery time if you have an injury.
Experience lasts for 1 hour and the therapist will focus on the recipients choice of area to focus on, or provide a full body sports massage. 7 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday and Saturday from 9-1 PM for Perth CBD.
