• The flight time is 30 minutes
• Available Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (not available on public holidays)
• Available at 9.30am - 5pm (last flight)

• Weight limit for this experience is 110 kgs for one person and 195kgs for two people. If you are over these limits you will need to fly out of Barwon Heads.
• People who are suffering from cold/flu or vertigo are not permitted on the flight

• All rescheduling must be in writing by email to experience provider
• Cancellations are not permitted
• Non refundable
• Changes permitted at least 72 hours notice with $50 rescheduling fee applies
• No shows or late arrivals will result in your booking being forfeited

The maximum number of passengers for this flight is 2. However subject to weight we can seat 3 passengers in our helicopters. All passengers have a window seat. Please note this is a private flight with your group only.

In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless you are contacted by the experience provider Due to the unpredictable nature of the weather and the Marina expansion and other factors, for safety reasons, there may be some days where your flights will need to fly out of Barwon Heads Airport. The route will also change to suit the different location. Refunds will not be issued If this does occur. If the experience is cancelled due to poor weather conditions or other factors and you need to reschedule, you may do this on the day with the experience provider directly. If you are unable to choose a new date on the day it is your responsibility to contact the experience provider in writing via email with another preferred date and time. All rescheduled bookings must be completed within 3 months of the original confirmed booking date
