  • Available daily at 10:25am, 10:40am, 2:55pm and 3:10pm
  • Ratio of 1 adult to 2 children, with a minimum age of 5 years for participation
  • Children must be comfortable around animals
  • Enclosed shoes are required for all animal encounters
  • Zoo entry is included
  • Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
