Blessed with long golden sandy beaches and stunning greenery, Nine Mile Beach at Tuncurry is the perfect location to explore by horseback. Once fitted out with the safety equipment and a gorgeous horse suited to your riding ability, you will set off on a mesmerising adventure through winding native bushlands to the northern end of Nine Mile Beach. With only the sounds of the gentle crashing waves and soft trots from your horse, you will enjoy complete serenity along the golden stretch of the beach. Take delight in a lovely stroll along the shore and maybe even a chance to canter for advanced riders. You'll have plenty of time to stop for photos before making the relaxing journey through the lush forest to the base camp. Here, enjoy a delicious cheese platter complemented with your favourite glass of wine or bubbles.

Please be aware that horse riding is subject to the prevailing weather conditions. As such, customers accept the risk that weather conditions they consider unsatisfactory may occur on the date booked. The provider recommends bringing your wet weather gear if light rain is forecasted. Alternatively they can provide you with a protective coat.
Wear appropriate clothing for riding and time of year. Jeans, leggings and a suitable top ie. polo shirt, t-shirt or long sleeve shirt are recommended. Jumpers or jackets are a must in colder months.
The provider suggests you bring a bottle of water, sunscreen and insect repellant.
