Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and arranged directly with them according to this policy: Less than 24 hours prior to departure: 100% fee of total booking price.

The experience provider may alter a tour or service at any time prior to departure due to, but not limited to, extreme weather conditions, safety considerations or unforeseen circumstances outside of its control. An alternative tour itinerary will be arranged or you can transfer to an alternate departure date for the same tour.
Please dress appropriately for the weather. We recommend you wear comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, hat and sunglasses and bring a small lightweight backpack for personal items. And importantly, don’t forget your camera!
For safety considerations, the bus is not able to carry bulky items, wheelchairs or prams, or any other items that could endanger the safety of passengers. Only a small backpack or bag that can easily fit under the seat is allowed.
