Minimum passenger numbers are required in order to operate each flight. This is dependent on aircraft type.

All flights are subject to weather, aircraft availability and air traffic control. In the event that the experience provider cancels/postpones any flight(s) due to adverse weather conditions, they will attempt to reschedule flight or a full refund will be given.

All passengers MUST provide FULL NAMES and body WEIGHT (kg) at the time of booking. Tours, or portions of tours, may be cancelled by adverse weather conditions or engineering reasons. The supplier will endeavour to reschedule tours, accommodate guests on other tours, or provide alternative options. In the event that guests are not able to travel at all, the fare will be refunded.

The plane departs from the GSL Terminal in General Aviation Cairns Airport, Cairns, QLD. However, there is a courtesy bus that can pick you up/drop off from selected Cairns city accommodation.
