All of the mouth-watering recipes covered are easy for you to re-create at home. In the class, things are sped up by using a blast freezer so the whole process fits in from start to finish in 4.5hrs.

In the masterclass we cover around 12 different recipes. Here is an example of a typical menu:

  • Three or four different flavours of mousses: chocolate, caramel, cream chesse, raspberry, passionfruit, pistachio, coconut
  • Salted caramel
  • Raspberry and passionfruit coulis
  • Chocolate glaze
  • Salted caramel macarons

The menu is subject to change.

On the Day

Session Length

  • This experience lasts for 4.5 hours and runs on selected Saturdays, Sundays and weekdays
  • Dates and times will be supplied by the experience provider

Numbers on the Day

Minimum numbers for each cooking class is 6 and maximum is 12.

Dress Code

Please wear flat closed in shoes and long trousers.

Cancellation

Once this experience has been confirmed, changes are at the discretion of the experience provider and are arranged directly with them according to their policy.

  • Booking are not refundable but they can be rescheduled to a later equivalent class. If arranged more than 72 hours prior to the original booked class start time
  • Missed cooking classes will not be refunded and cannot be rebooked
  • The experience provider reserves the right to change your class date within 48 hours of your scheduled class if the class does not fill to the minimum number of 6 people
