On this exciting class, you'll master the mixology process of creating a balanced gin in the style of your choice. With the guidance of an expert, you'll experience sensory bliss as you smell, taste and then mix the botanical spirits to create your own unique gin to bottle. Personalise your bottle and finish it off with some wax to take home and show off to your family and friends. Taste of 20 different botanical gins, rating flavours, and then using your favourites to make your very own bottle! Could mix and match more than once to create the perfect blend, all while having a beautiful outlook, calming background music, and knowledgeable staff talk you through the experience at your own pace.
